Iloilo's Dinagyang 2016: Beyond Fan Fame Borders

January is really more fun in the Philippines! In Visayas Region alone three of the most famous festivals will be held.  Iloilo's Hall of Fame Awardee Dinagyang will be bigger and quality festival that will set on January 23 & 24, 2016.
